J'ai le plaisir de proposer à la location Villa Dharma, ma villa de vacances de famille dans la magnifique Torre delle Stelle, sur la côte sud-est de la Sardaigne. Villa Dharma a l'avantage d'une piscine privée et d'un jardin luxuriant. En fait, elle est entourée d'un jardin enchanteur avec beaucoup d'arbustes méditerranéens et d'arbres matures. La position de la villa la rend idéale pour tous ceux qui recherchent des vacances reposantes, éventuellement sans voiture. La Villa Dharma est en fait située à seulement 300 m d'une magnifique plage de sable blanc appelée Genn'e Mari et à moins de 100 m du supermarché, du bar, du restaurant et de la pizzeria les plus proches. Tout est accessible à pied. Cependant, si vous décidez de louer une voiture pour explorer les nombreuses beautés naturelles et historiques que le sud de la Sardaigne a à offrir, Villa Dharma offre également l'avantage d'un parking hors rue pour deux voitures. L'eau de la piscine est salée, ce qui la rend plus saine et plus adaptée aux personnes à la peau sensible ou allergiques aux produits chimiques.
Le logement de Villa Dharma est sur deux étages. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend: grand séjour avec cuisine américaine entièrement équipée. L'ensemble de l'espace de vie a été entièrement rénové.
Depuis les grandes portes-fenêtres, vous avez accès à une grande véranda couverte donnant sur le jardin luxuriant et la piscine. La véranda est parfaite pour les repas en plein air et elle a l'avantage d'un barbecue intégré. Il y a aussi une salle de douche complète (la bleue sur les photos) dont l'accès se fait par la véranda. Sur le côté de la villa, nous avons une autre douche extérieure avec eau chaude et froide.
Le premier étage comprend: • 4 chambres (trois doubles et une avec un lit superposé) • 2 salles de bains (une en suite à la chambre principale).
La chambre principale et la chambre avec lits superposés ont des portes vers une véranda commune d'où vous pouvez voir la mer. La troisième chambre a également une entrée indépendante.
La zone.
Villa Ami est dans le village renommé appelé «Torre delle Stelle» qui signifie littéralement «Tour des étoiles». Le village tire son nom d'une ancienne tour qui domine toute la région. Toutes les rues portent également le nom d'étoiles et de constellations.
La villa a été construite selon des normes élevées et en conformité avec les règlements de construction italiens les plus récents. Il est donc entièrement certifié en matière de santé et de sécurité. La position qu'elle occupe est particulièrement heureuse. Il est, en fait, à très courte distance à pied de toutes les commodités locales. Le bar, la boutique et le restaurant les plus proches sont à 100 mètres. La plage voisine est à 300 m et est également accessible à pied par les enfants.

Torre delle Stelle est une zone écologiquement protégée et sa beauté enchante les visiteurs depuis sa création il y a 40 ans. Il est donc devenu l'un des quartiers les plus recherchés du sud de la Sardaigne. Torre delle Stelle possède 2 plages de sable facilement accessibles, Genn’e Mari et Cannesisa. Elle possède également quelques criques de sable et de rochers accessibles en bateau, en kayak ou à la natation.
Il y a des supermarchés, des restaurants, des bars et des pizzerias dans le village. La Torre delle Stelle n'est cependant que partiellement habitée toute l'année. Les commerces et restaurants ne sont donc pas ouverts tous les jours de l'année. Ils sont normalement ouverts tous les jours (7 jours sur 7) de mi-mai à fin octobre. Le reste de l'année, l'un des supermarchés et les bars voisins sont ouverts du vendredi au dimanche inclus. Une autre option serait d'aller dans l'un des supermarchés à environ 15 minutes sur la route qui porte à Cagliari. Les bars de plage sont généralement ouverts de juin à septembre.
Activités.
Les deux plages locales sont idéales pour la plongée avec tuba et la plongée sous-marine.
Torre delle Stelle, grâce à sa position, est la région de la Sardaigne qui jouit du plus long été. On dit, en fait, qu'elle a son propre microclimat.
La plage.
La plage de sable voisine est absolument magnifique et la mer est très sûre pour les enfants. Je viens en vacances ici depuis que mon plus jeune enfant avait 6 mois et mon aîné de 3 ans. Je crois qu'il aurait été difficile de trouver un meilleur emplacement pour nos vacances.
Commodités et que faire ...
La plongée avec tuba et la plongée sous-marine sont un vrai délice sur les deux plages. Torre delle Stelle possède également une école de scuba qui organise entre autres des excursions en haute mer pour les plongeurs expérimentés. Un vrai favori sur la plage voisine est un ancien navire de guerre situé à 1,5 km de la plage et à 56 m de profondeur (pour les plongeurs experts).
Les autres équipements du village incluent: courts de tennis, terrain de football, terrains de basket et aire de jeux.
Torre delle Stelle est située sur la côte sud-est de la Sardaigne. Cagliari, la ville principale de la Sardaigne, et son aéroport sont à 37 km. Villasimius et ses magnifiques plages sont à moins de 20 km.

We absolutely loved the villa, it really made the holiday. What an oasis to return to after the heat of the beach and it was clean with a great kitchen (we like to cook and it was perfect for that), modern bathrooms and an outdoor shower/ bathroom whplus

The garden is lovely and the local beach was perfect. The nearby restaurant was very good and reliable quality, we ate there several times each week. Highly recommend a drive to Solanas but otherwise we didn’t go anywhere and that suited us just fine!

A real family home feel to the villa. Loved the "back story" in the information pack and all the local area information as well as all the books and family games. Absolutely fantastic home from home. Really comfortable living and sleeping areas with plenty of space for all. The pool area is shady in the morning so you can relax without exposure to the hot sun. It has everything we needed for the holiday and thplus

It has everything we needed for the holiday and the water filter tap was great - nice to not have to keep stocking up on bottled water. All in all a 5* rental close to some nice restaurants, the little supermarket and of course the beach. Angela was always on hand to provide help if required and recommended a fantastic restaurant for my husbands birthday. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely home.

The villa was fantastic. It is very close to a very well stocked mini super market, with bar and restaurant next door and only a few mins from the beach, which is lovely and very child/teen friendly. The villa is clean, well equipped, spacious and haplus
The villa was fantastic. It is very close to a very well stocked mini super market, with bar and restaurant next door and only a few mins from the beach, which is lovely and very child/teen friendly. The villa is clean, well equipped, spacious and has a lovely shaded out door area which is private and cool. The pool is large and visible from the seated area at the back of the house. We had a very happy week doing very little other than relaxing. Our hosts Angela and Karim were lovely and looked after us well. We took a risk by not hiring a car and using taxis from Cagliari due to the location and this worked out perfectly as we didn't feel the need to leave the area.

Although the wheather was super hot, the garden and terrace offered a lot of shade and there was air conditioning in all rooms. The pool in the garden was spacios and clean and the walk to the beach obly 5 minutes. We did some trips by car but the car isn' t really needed as there is a shop 2 minutes from the house and a pizzeria, too. Most of all we really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of our hosts . They were friendly and available all the time to help us. A clear recommendation!

We really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful villa with our family of 6. The outside area with the pool is fantastic, only the mosquitos are a little pain but that's nature. The location is amazing, 5 min by foot to the beautiful beach, a nice pizzeriplus

We love to cook but were quite missing some kitchen utensils e.g small cooking pots, wooden spoons, red wine glasses, real drying towels, can openers.

However, I am really sorry that you felt that there were missing items in the kitchen. Had you mentioned it during your stay Karim would have brought them to you within a day. Changeover day can be quite busy so it is not always possible to make a full inventory, sorry about the inconvenience... However, the 'missing' items have now been replaced so thank you for letting us know. I would have liked to make your stay even more pleasurable had I known it before, but at least you made things better for the guests that came after you 😊 I thank you again for having chosen Villa Dharma for your holidays in Sardinia and I very much hope to hear back from you sometimes in the future, Kindest regards

Wir waren im Juni/Juli 2022 für zwei Wochen mit unseren 4 Kindern in der Villa Dharma. Ein perfekter Ort. Die Villa ist geräumig, es stehen überall Klimaanlagen zur Verfügung, welche wir jedoch nur vor dem Schlafengehen kurz angemacht haben. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Einrichtung völlig ausreichend. Begeistert waren wir vom frisch renovierten Küche/Wohn- und Essbereich. Die Küche ist neu und gut eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich mit Terasse und Pool entspricht genau den Fotos. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und in dauerhaft benutzt. Die beiden Korbschaukeln auf der Terasse laden zum chillen ein. In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Villa befindet sich ein Supermarkt, welcher von uns fast täglich angesteuert wurde. Ebenso ein kleines Fischgeschäft wo wir ab und zu frischen Fisch gekauft haben. Der Strand und das Meer sind ebenfalls super schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und die Bucht wunderschön. Wir haben mit unserem Mietwagen viele andere Strände in der Umgebung besucht. Auch hier hat es uns fantastisch gefallen. Wenn es überhaupt etwas auszusetzen gab, dann waren es die Mücken, welche uns in den Morgen- und Abendstunden genervt haben. Allerdings waren am Haus bereits diverse Utensilien gegen Mücken vorhanden (Rauchspiralen, elektrische Fliegenklappe, Sprays). Mit guter Taktik war der Mückenbefall dann erträglich. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief auch völlig unproblematisch. Angela war jederzeit erreichbar, sogar über Whatsapp. Wir sind sehr froh diesen wunderschönen Ort besucht zu haben und können die Villa Dharma absolut weiterempfehlen.

We decided not to hire a car and we are so glad we didn’t as the well-stocked supermarket and fishmonger were within easy walking distance as were several restaurants and the fabulous beach. I’ve been to Antigua, Barbados and the Bahamas and I can honestly say that the beach and waters in this part of Sardinia are as close to the Caribbean as I have ever experienced in Europe. Angela and Karim were exceptional hosts and I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone. Despite our reservations with it being a ‘pandemic’ year etc. we had an incredibly relaxing and truly unforgettable holiday. Thank you again.

What a perfect place to stay in sardinia. As it states in the details 300m from beautiful beach and not too crowded. We only tried the bar/cafe that is actually on the beach and they had a good range of snacks and drinks. We also hired a speed boat fplus

We also hired a speed boat from Marco on the beach (under the red sunshade) and had a adrenaline filled morning riding the waves! The shop which looks small from the front is huge inside and will keep you stocked up, the restaurant is part of the shop is lovely and friendly and also for take away pizzas, if you just want to lounge around the pool. Both are approx 100m away - perfect! Back to the property - we booked it due to it showing shady places in the garden and we are so glad we did as it was so hot! Pool and garden really pretty, with lovely outdoor table area to sit and eat outside. We even had a special visitor come and see us every day (I went spoil the surprise!) he/she took a shine to my son and followed him everywhere, which was very entertaining! Karim was on call to answer our questions and recommend places to visit. The house is a real home from home experience with good air conditioning. We would definitely recommend this property for the ease of getting to the shop and beach, as some places were high up and would be hard going in the heat. Thank you

Aktuell bewohnt sogar eine Schildkröte (hier heimisch) das Unterholz :-) Im Aussenbereich gibts sogar ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, und auch eine Freiluftdusche. Also alles perfekt eingerichtet für einen Tag draussen. Alles ist umsichtig und sorgfältig hergerichtet. Schön wenn alle mithelfen Sorge zu tragen zu diesem tollen Objekt. Einziger Aufwand Kehrichttrennung. Richtig so! Muss aber ende der Woche selber entsorgt werden (in Hausnähe, Auto von Vorteil. Einfach zu finden) oder man stellt an bestimmten Tagen den entsprechenden Eimer an die Strasse. Die Vermieter/Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank Angela und Karim 🌸

The waste collection is unfortunately an effort that has to be made but loving so much our nature it prove worth doing in the end. Wonderful property and amazing location. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Everything is exactly as described with the excellent shop, pizzeria, and beautiful beach just a ‘very’ short walk away. I would thoroughly recommend Villa Dharma.plus
